DATA ANALYSIS

Determining the Purpose of the Research: It is the first stage of the research. At this stage, it is decided what data should be collected in line with the purpose of the study and how the data can be used. Determining the purpose of research is critical for collecting accurate data.

Planning the Research: It is the stage at which the model is created in line with the purpose of the research. At this stage, it is determined what kind of analysis will be applied to the data.

Sampling: It is used to define the population and to determine the target audience with which the research will be conducted. After determining the target audience, the number of samples required to obtain meaningful results from this target audience is calculated.

We collect data by using CATI (Computer Aided Telephone Interview), CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing), CAWI (Computer Aided Web Interviewing), and Mystery Shopper techniques if it is quantitative, and focus group meetings and in-depth interview techniques for qualitative research.

We first make the collected raw data suitable for analysis. For this, we first review your data manually and then with statistical techniques, eliminating incomplete and erroneous data that contains extreme values and is overlooked. Then we move on to data analysis. In the analysis of the data, we first include descriptive statistics and then apply pre-tests according to the scale type. After the initial tests, we choose the right type of analysis and move on to the statistical analysis.
